The Solution we provided
- With the help of Magento, we have configured a multi-store module with which the client is handling four different frontends of the website from a single backend.
- For B2B customers, we have added the “ask for quote“ feature to send quote inquiries directly to the admin.
- The client wanted to keep the customers and partners updated regarding the offers and promotions, for that, we have integrated Mailchimp Newsletter.
- Elsner suggested the Magento Enterprise Edition for an ecommerce platform among the best, secured, and most preferred platforms
- We have configured a Yoast SEO plugin that helps the site to meet the highest technical SEO standards.
- Configured Social Media Accounts(Facebook and Instagram) to redirect them to social media.
- We have integrated tawk.to as a live chat tool to provide instant real-time support to the queries of the users.
- We integrated 3rd party extension for the PWA enhancement. We have enabled the PWA implementation, push notification, add to the home screen app, and offline mode. With the implementation of PWA, now customer gets an app-like experience.
- We have provided functionality to import and export the product reviews if any customer provides the reviews offline.
