| About JCK Las Vegas |
Three decades on. Still the room where jewelry happens.
JCK Las Vegas runs May 29 through June 1, 2026, at The Venetian Expo. Over 30 years of bringing the jewelry industry together in one place. We’re talking close to 1,900 exhibitors, over 17,000 vetted buyers, people flying in from nearly 100 countries.
This year has a few new things worth knowing about. The Lifestyle Pavilion is new (accessories, home décor, gifts), which basically signals that retailers want more flexibility in what they stock. There’s also Timepieces at Luxury and JCK, a dedicated watch section with brands like Movado, Citizen, Shinola, and Bulova. Both feel like natural expansions.
Luxury by JCK runs invitation-only on May 27 and 28, with a more controlled, appointment-based setup and a carefully vetted buyer list. Then the full show opens May 29. Two different vibes, both worth understanding if you’re planning your time there.
JCK Talks covers AI and analytics, business regulations, trend forecasting, and professional development. These sessions have become more relevant over the past few years, not just for designers and buyers, but for anyone working on the digital or operational side of a jewelry business.
It’s not whether to go digital anymore. It’s about how to fix what’s broken without disrupting what already works.
Here’s the honest version. The jewelry industry looks very different from what it did five years ago. A customer might spot a ring on Instagram, look it up on the brand’s site, compare a few alternatives, read some reviews, and then either buy online or walk into a store already knowing what they want. That whole journey happens before anyone on the retail side even knows they exist.
And the brands doing well right now? They’re not just good at making beautiful things. They’ve figured out how to show up consistently across every step of that journey.
| The Pattern |
The ones struggling are usually dealing with some version of the same problem. Their digital experience doesn’t match their in-store experience. Their inventory data is a mess. Or their online store just doesn’t convert. Different symptoms, same root cause.
→ And it’s usually not where brands expect.
So that’s the conversation we keep having with jewelry clients. Not whether to go digital. It’s more about how to fix what’s broken without disrupting what already works.
| What We Bring |
Where Elsner usually adds value.
Elsner Technologies works with enterprise businesses on digital transformation. Ecommerce builds, AI-powered personalization, platform integrations, and the backend work that rarely gets talked about but directly affects how a store performs. We’ve been doing this long enough to know where things usually go wrong.
|
02
AI-Powered Product RecommendationsFor the browsers who leave without buying. Personalization that learns from real customer behavior. Not generic “you might also like” rows. Helps with cart value too, when set up properly. |
|
|
03
Omnichannel & ERP Inventory SyncCloses the gaps between in-store and online. No more overselling high-value pieces because two systems weren’t talking. Real-time visibility into stock, across every channel. |
04
Digital Catalogs for New MaterialsLab-grown diamonds, recycled gold, ethically sourced stones. These need context, not just a product listing. We build catalogs that actually tell the story instead of hiding it in a spec sheet. |
| Worth Calling Out |
Three things we keep coming back to.
|
1
|
Online jewelry sales are harder than most categories.
High price points, demanding photography, customers who need to feel genuinely confident before spending a few thousand dollars on a screen. We’ve built enough of these to know where people drop off — and it’s usually not where brands expect.
|
|
2
|
New materials need context, not checkbox listings.
Lab-grown diamonds, recycled gold, ethically sourced stones. Customers buying in this space want to know the story. Getting that across digitally takes actual thought, not a dropdown filter labeled “ethical.”
|
|
3
|
Analytics is unglamorous. But it compounds.
AI is on the JCK Talks agenda this year, which makes sense. Jewelry retailers who actually use their data — customer behavior, inventory patterns, seasonal demand — make better calls. Slow work. Pays off over time.

| Connect at JCK |
We’ll be there. All four days.
If you’re a designer just getting into online sales, a multi-location retailer whose ecommerce numbers don’t match in-store performance, or a manufacturer thinking about direct-to-consumer channels, we’d genuinely like to talk.
No pressure pitch. Just a real conversation about what you’re working on, where it’s stuck, and whether there’s something Elsner can usefully help with.
You can also set something up before the show. We’ll have the right people there.
