Woocommerce open source community of Ahmedabad had initiated a Woocommerce meetup on the auspicious occasion of WordPress’s 14th birthday. It was a very helpful event for all the passionate woo ninjas out there who want to learn some important tricks regarding woocommerce development. The only aim of this meet up is to help and benefit local communities of woocommerce development such as store owner, startup, developers and entrepreneurs.
The meetup was organized by the Woocommerce Community in Ahmedabad with leading ecommerce development companies as their sponsors and one of those was the venue for the event.
The agenda of the meetup was to make people more aware about two topics such as “Top 10 recommended Woocommerce Plugins” and “What’s new in Woocommerce 3.0 “Bionic Butterfly””.
It began with the session on Top 10 recommended Woocommerce Plugins by one of the experienced and masters of WordPress, Mr Ravi Shah followed by a Q/A session. Everyone made their total participation in the event.
Following the session, there were refreshments arranged for the attendees.
Followed by which the session about “What’s new in Woocommerce 3.0 “Bionic Butterfly”” by one of the extremely talented Woocommerce enthusiasts, Mr Jaydeep Rami was taken.
And then came the discussion time. Every attendee was given a chance to speak about their views on the sessions and ask if they had any kind of doubts.
Later on there was the celebration of WordPress 14th birthday which included cake cutting.
The training session was a success and ended with a note to plan out some more similar events. Stay tuned to know more about such events in the near future.
