Before integrating Zoho CRM, PouchMakers encountered several challenges in its growth and efficiency. Their data needed to be organized and were scattered. Due to this, the task becomes tedious and very time-consuming. The sales process was not effective and up-to-date. All the problems summed up and increased the consumption of time and the users of the website were having a bad user experience that reduced the sales of the company.
