Dashboard module:

The dashboard module of the CRM means to display a dashboard page which would show all record display at the time of logging in of admin, so that admin easily find out how many record can be seen in a single page. CRM prompts users to follow up on activities and automates alerts when important events occur, or if actions are missed.

Agenda module:

This module lets admin to add any type of agenda in the admin module. Also, admin can see the details of the agenda of the work. Admin can view the different categories of agenda.

My Claims:

When customer claims assign to the public adjuster and after which it will login into CRM and in the MyClaim section all the assigned claims will be displayed.

My Tasks:

Tasks can be created by the user from the customer detail page and can assign task to another user. That another user will receive task in same section and enter comment as well as mark the status of the task for the particular customer. The one who created the task can check the status of the task and remove the task from the list once it is done.

Customers Module:

In this, admin can add customer and then the id of the customer is generated on its own. Admin has the rights to fill customer details.
